AKTOR Middle East – Central Management

The system was installed on 2016 uppon request of AKTOR Middle East. The installation took part in main offices of AKTOR in Doha the capital city of Qatar.

The system was requested to cover the wide range of data from various projects and give consolidated views to management from all areas.

Our team, in full cooperation with the cost control department and high-level management of AKTOR, designed and developed a central management system involving the CostTools cost control system.

CostTools system managed to coordinate with AKTOR’s structure and data environment. The result is the production of a series of reports from low-level data presentation to extended consolidated reports.
